First Anniversary

Paddock Business Centre celebrated its first anniversary in June and after a very successful 12 months we have just one suite available for rent.

The Business Centre is now home to 12 diverse companies including a law firm, a pharmaceutical company, web designer, cleaning company and a construction company.  Some companies have chosen to relocate their entire business to the centre while others have a branch at the centre.

The Business Centre also offers telephone answering and mail handling services.  This ‘Virtual Office’ is particularly attractive to business owners who are away from the office a lot, or who want to enjoy a holiday without worrying about missed calls, and for businesses that don’t need an office location but who want to create a more professional image by having a business address rather than a home address.
